Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor system performance, carry out preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Manage IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, internet, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Implement and monitor IT security protocols, antivirus solutions,



and backup strategies.
- Ensure proper functioning of hospitality management software (PMS, POS, booking systems, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and compliance documentation.
- Train staff on IT policies, cybersecurity awareness, and usage of systems.
- Support management in technology upgrades, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in the hospitality/service sector.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, database management, and cloud platforms (MS 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Experience in managing hospitality software (PMS, POS, ERP systems) is highly desirable.
