Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Sales Invoices, Tax Invoices & Proforma Invoices
- GST Billing, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill generation
- Knowledge of CGST, SGST & IGST
- Dispatch billing and coordination with transporters
- Preparation of Delivery Challan and LR follow-up
- Maintain proper billing records and documentation
- Preparing basic MIS reports
- Coordination with Accounts, Sales & Store department
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate
- 2-5 years of experience in Billing & GST
- Solid knowledge of GST compliance
- Experience in Dispatch & Transport documentation
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / SAP
- Good command over MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
