About the Role

Key Skills (mandatory):
- Solid expertise in US GAAP:
- Financial Governance & Compliance
- Finance Control

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA / Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA
- Strong understanding of global accounting standards
- Experience managing multi-country financial operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global financial reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Oversee internal controls and financial governance frameworks
- Manage audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Coordinate finance operations across India, USA, and Costa Rica

What We’re Looking For:
- 12-18 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience in managing cross-border finance teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
