Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents in selecting appropriate courses and universities (India and abroad)
- Conduct personalized counselling sessions via phone, video, and in-person
- Convert leads into admissions through persuasive counselling and relationship management
- Stay updated on course offerings, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and admission timelines
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Train and mentor junior counsellors and contribute to team development
- Participate in webinars, educational fairs, and promotional events
Knowledge of countries like UK, USA, Germany, and Schengen for study abroad counselling
- Fluency in regional languages is an advantage
- Experience in organizing or speaking at career guidance events
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
