Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions
- Prepare and maintain purchase & sales records
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate MIS reports for management review
- Maintain inventory accounting and cost records specific to manufacturing operations
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting,
or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 3-7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing unit/setup (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Understanding of inventory accounting and cost accounting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
