Role Overview

On-Page SEO
- Perform keyword research and mapping aligned with business goals
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and website content
- Improve internal linking structure and URL optimization
- Ensure SEO-friendly content implementation in coordination with the content team

Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute link-building strategies
- Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links
- Conduct outreach for guest posts, citations, and brand mentions

Technical SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals)




- Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO fixes
- Optimize site speed, mobile usability, structured data/schema, and XML sitemaps

Analytics & Reporting
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
- Use tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush for performance evaluation
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
- Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
