Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
- Partner with freight carriers and negotiate competitive rates and service terms for customers.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable and safety-compliant carriers for freight operations.
- Maintain accurate records of freight movements and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Prepare and manage all required shipping and legal documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor pickup and delivery schedules to ensure on-time execution.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
