Core Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and skilled manner.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
- Accurately document call details and update CRM systems on a regular basis.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards consistently.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets related to call volume and service quality.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
