Role Overview

The Brand Designer will be responsible for building and maintaining the visual ecosystem of a brand across digital and physical touch points. The role blends creative execution with strategic thinking — ensuring that every asset, from identity systems to packaging, aligns with brand objectives, audience insights, and market positioning.

This position involves translating brand strategy into visual systems through research, concept development, prototyping, and final execution. Experience in packaging design is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Create packaging concepts and final designs for consumer products with attention to structure, compliance, production, and print processes.
- Contribute to brand strategy discussions — aligning visual direction with brand architecture, tone of voice, values, and marketing goals.
- Convert brand strategy into scalable visual guidelines and brand manuals.
- Maintain visual consistency across touch points including marketing collateral, presentations, POS materials, merchandise, and UI elements.
- Prepare final artwork for print,



production, and digital release, ensuring accuracy in specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and product teams for integrated brand execution.
- Support iterative refinement through prototyping, stakeholder reviews, and field testing.

- 2-4 years in brand design or related graphic/communication design roles.
