Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Lead, guide, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance and business targets
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and branch profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Implement company strategies, policies, and procedures at the branch level
- Coordinate with head office regarding reports, approvals, and operational matters
- Ensure proper inventory, cash handling, and administrative controls
- Handle local vendors, partners, and official communications as required
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and organizational standards
- Visting OEM Customer frequently to increase the Business
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
