The Solar Site Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end on-site execution and supervision of solar power projects up to 1 MW. The role involves managing installation activities, coordinating with vendors and teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects as per design and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day solar project execution at site (Rooftop / Ground-mounted projects up to 1 MW).
- Ensure installation of solar modules, MMS structures, inverters, cables, earthing, and LA as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, electricians, and labor teams for smooth site operations.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings regularly.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and material consumption records.
- Handle coordination with clients, consultants,



and DISCOM officials during execution.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of solar plants.
- Identify site-level issues and proactively resolve them with mínimal delays.
- Ensure proper documentation for commissioning and project closure.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Robust knowledge of solar PV systems up to 1 MW.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Module mounting structures (RCC / MMS / Rooftop)
- DC & AC cabling
- Inverter installation (String / Central)
- Earthing and lightning protection
- Testing & commissioning
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and layout plans.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety standards and site safety practices.
- Good coordination, communication, and team-handling skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sola
