1. Exhibition Planning & Management
- Plan, organize, and execute domestic exhibitions, trade fairs, expos, and industry events
- Prepare annual exhibition calendars in alignment with marketing and business goals
- Coordinate booth design, layout, branding, and display material

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with exhibition organizers, stall designers, fabricators, printers, and logistics partners
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Branding, Procurement, Accounts) for smooth execution
- Ensure timely approvals, payments, and compliance with exhibition guidelines

3. Branding & Collateral
- Manage creation and dispatch of marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, standees, giveaways)
- Ensure brand consistency across all exhibition touchpoints

4. On-ground Execution
- Oversee stall setup, dismantling, and daily exhibition operations
- Coordinate manpower, product display, demos, and visitor engagement activities
- Handle real-time issue resolution during events

5. Budget & Reporting
- Prepare and manage exhibition budgets and cost control




- Track expenses and submit post-event reports including ROI, leads generated, and observations
- Maintain records of vendor performance and exhibition outcomes

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in exhibition / event coordination and management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid vendor management and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel as per exhibition schedules
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification or prior experience in event/exhibition management will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile
- Hands-on exposure to large-scale trade shows and industrial exposure.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
