Job Description - Stores Executive Location: Ahmedabad Laboratory Department: Stores / Supply Chain Designation: Stores Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Stores Executive will be responsible for efficient management of inventory, material procurement coordination, stock audits, and logistics support to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate stock records for all consumables, reagents, kits, and other materials. - Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure reconciliation between physical stock and system records. - Prepare and process purchase requests based on consumption patterns, minimum stock levels, and operational requirements. - Manage goods receipt, including verification of quantity, quality, batch details, and documentation. - Raise and track material indents as per departmental requirements. - Ensure timely availability of materials by maintaining effective logistics and supply coordination. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material availability, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.



- Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance. - Maintain proper documentation related to purchase, inward, outward, and stock movement. - Support internal teams by ensuring smooth material flow without shortages or excess inventory. - Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards related to stores operations. Required Qualifications & Skills - Graduate in any discipline (preferably Supply Chain, Commerce, or Science). - 2-4 years of experience in stores or Fresher, inventory, or logistics management (healthcare/lab industry preferred). - Good working knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel. - Robust coordination and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. - Ability to work independently and meet operational timelines.
