Job Type: Part time
Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM
Salary: ₹5,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Location: Gotri, Vadodara (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain product details
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Follow up with potential customers and leads
- Maintain daily call records and basic data in Excel
- Coordinate with the internal team for updates and reporting
Job Requirements
- Basic English speaking and understanding
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle customers confidently
- Telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
