Job Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Social Media Management
- Manage and execute content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and carousels
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
- Create or coordinate creatives using Canva
- Handle student success stories, admissions updates, scholarships, and educational content
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions
- Track organic performance (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to maintain brand consistency

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Management
- Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns for leads, traffic, and awareness
- Create ad copies, headlines, and creatives for campaigns
- Set up audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign objectives
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results




- Analyze metrics such as CPC, CTR, leads, and conversions
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights
- Coordinate with the team for campaign requirements and landing page alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising fundamentals
- Good command of English (written & communication skills required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting

Experience - 2 to 4 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
