The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating accurate and production-ready jewellery designs using CAD software. The role requires close coordination with the design, casting, and production teams to ensure designs meet technical, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D and 3D CAD models for gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
- Convert sketches and reference designs into detailed CAD files.
- Ensure designs are feasible for casting, setting, and finishing processes.
- Revise designs based on management, client, or production feedback.
- Maintain precision in dimensions, weights, stone placements, and tolerances.
- Prepare CAD files for CAM, wax printing, and casting.
- Coordinate with casting, setting, and QC teams to resolve design issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of CAD files.
- Follow company SOPs, confidentiality,



and data security policies.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets defined by management.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar jewellery CAD software.
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of metal weights, stone setting techniques, and structural stability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
- Effective coordination and communication skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Certification in Jewellery CAD Designing
- OR:
- Graduate with relevant experience in jewellery CAD design.Experience
- 1-3 years experience in a jewellery manufacturing workplace.
