Urgent hiring for " Store Executive/Assistant" at Boisar location

Experience: 1-3 years in Store handling

Education: Any Graduate
- Receiving Consignment with the reference of Purchase Order, Suppliers Delivery Challan [DC]/Invoice.
- In case any discrepancies (Inappropriate Document, Damages, Breakages, Shortage etc.,) found The Purchase Department is immediately informed through Mail/Telephonic communication with the proof of attachments.
- Posting GRN, Issue Slip, Maintaining record of RM, Consumables & Packing Materials.
- Issuing materials by referring Issue Slips (Both Consumables & Production) to respective Departments.
- Daily shortage report generation, scheduling and ensure material availability by maintaining Min Max level of consumables. Maintaining 100% inventory accuracy through perpetual inventory.




- Execute timely issue of materials as required by departments after obtaining the approval of concerned authority.
- Maintaining Material Inward Register & circulate the daily Material Inward status to the concerned departments (Stores, Purchase, Production etc.).
- Ensuring Orderly Arrangement of Materials.
- Responsible for dispatch to both domestic and international clients.
- Handle the transportation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
