Position Summary

The Ticketing Staff is responsible for handling ticket bookings, reservations, cancellations, and providing customer support related to travel, airline, bus, train, or event ticketing. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of ticketing systems/software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding ticket availability, schedules, fares, and promotions.
- Book, issue, and reissue tickets through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other platforms.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with company and airline policies.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and assist customers in selecting suitable travel options.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and security standards.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, or event organizers for smooth ticketing operations.




- Stay updated on travel restrictions, visa requirements, and industry updates.
- Promote add-on services such as insurance, seat selection, meals, or upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in ticketing, reservations, or customer service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) or ticketing software.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in ticket issuance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
