Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Material Management
- Receive, inspect, and physically verify incoming raw materials, tools, and transformer components.
- Maintain accurate stock levels of items such as coils, laminations, CRGO sheets, copper wires, insulating materials, bushings, and hardware.
- Issue materials to production departments as per Material Requisition Notes (MRN).
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.

2. Documentation & Record-Keeping
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, Return Slips, and Stock Registers.
- Update ERP or inventory management software (SAP/Tally/Zoho, etc.) with accurate entries.
- Track inward and outward materials with proper documentation.

3. Coordination
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material shortages and follow up on pending orders.
- Support the Production team by ensuring timely availability of required components.
- Liaise with vendors for material returns, replacements, or discrepancies.

4. Store Operations
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of transformer materials.




- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse/store environment.
- Monitor shelf life, damage prevention, and safe stacking of electrical components.

5. Compliance & Safety
- Follow ISO, safety, and quality guidelines within the store area.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of transformer components and electrical materials.
- Understanding of store management procedures.
- Basic ERP/Inventory software handling.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle physical materials and maintain store discipline.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
- 1 year of experience in stores, preferably in electrical or transformer manufacturing.
