Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) in IT, CSE, ECE, or a closely related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify compliance risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple tasks and follow up to closure.

Positive documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Basic understanding or willingness to learn HIPAA, data security, and IT compliance frameworks.

Job role
- Design, implement, and maintain HIPAA-compliant workplace policies, security protocols, and SOPs, ensuring organization-wide adherence.




- Set up compliance processes and ensure teams follow defined HIPAA and data-security guidelines through regular checks and documentation.
- Manage user access lifecycle—Ensure timely creation, update, and revocation of system access credentials.
- Monitor HIPAA compliance, identify gaps or risks, document non-compliances, and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
- Maintain compliance documentation, audit records, internal reports, and evidence required for reviews or assessments.
- Oversee IT infrastructure maintenance, including hardware, software, network systems, and security controls.
- Coordinate IT procurement, vendor management, and maintain accurate asset inventory and tracking.
- Handle day-to-day IT issues, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage employee IT onboarding and exit formalities, including asset handover and secure termination of data and system access.
- Ensure regular data backups, data security controls, and recovery
