Job Title: Sales Associate
Showroom: Gati Motors (Authorized Tata Commercial Vehicles Dealer)
Location: Durgapur
Salary: As per industry standards
Compulsory Requirement:
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and field enquiries for Tata Commercial Vehicles (SCV & ILCV)
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Maintain customer follow-ups to ensure timely conversion
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support showroom growth
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM records
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in automobile or commercial vehicle sales preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to do field work and customer visits
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
