We Rabbit Stationery Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves actively visiting clients and customers in the field, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients, retailers, and potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Promote and demonstrate products/services effectively
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide feedback from the field to the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (Min 2years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
