We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to manage front desk operations and drive sales for our premium fitness studio. This is a target-based, customer-facing role that combines sales, front desk management, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations and manage daily studio activities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and existing members professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fitness plans and memberships
- Sell membership packages and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle inquiries through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Maintain customer records, leads, and follow-up data
- Ensure the studio is always presentable and customer-ready
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth customer experience
- Handle basic billing, scheduling, and session bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients to improve retention and repeat business
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to work in a front desk + sales role
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems is a plus
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
