Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties
- Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or leadership role
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
