Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide parents and students through the school admission process. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and building trust with prospective families while representing the school’s values and vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students about school curriculum, teaching methods, facilities, and policies
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure clearly
- Conduct school tours and admission presentations
- Follow up with interested parents to convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate admission records and student data
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets
- Participate in admission drives, events, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate (any stream); education background preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
- Solid counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a student
- and parent-friendly approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp tools, etc.)
- Ability to handle pressure during peak admission seasons
