Job description:
Urgent opening for the Plant In-charge/Manager. (Location: Indore-MP)

Industry Preferred:Waste Management/Gas/Fertiliser or chemical Industry.

First preference will be given to the local and immediate joiner.

Job Summary:
Role & responsibilities:
- To ensure Door to Door waste collection from a 20000 house hold every day.
- To coordinate with respective incharge or vendor to ensure the manpower for the collection is available in all working days.
- To coordinate with Contract manufacturers to ensure availability of manpower at the plant.
- To ensure maximum Recyclable are extracted and reduce the waste going to landfill
- To prepare and monitor weekly production schedule
- To conduct quality and technical checks during Biogas and Organic Fertilizer production
- To supervise testing and trials of biogas and organic Fertilizer and ensure quality control
- To ensure customer complaints are tracked and issues are resolved timely
- To coordinate with Tehcnology team, suppliers,



service and R&D; for resolution of quality issues
- To ensure timely MIS Reports to HO
- To ensure 5 S implementation at the plant.
- Lead and ensure CRE Initiatives
- Ensure Legal compliance
- Drive and ensure Continual Improvement through CIT/OIT/MYB projects
- Proper Maintenance schedule is executed and ensuring reduction in equipement downtime.
- To ensure product sales, by product sales, Recylable sales, user fee collection etc., to ensure the top line is achieved.
- To foster Rise Culture in Plant
- Ensuring positive employee engagement level at Plant
- To ensure Plant Maintenance and Housekeeping for Plant
- To ensure employee satisfaction and R3 implementation
- Responsible for People Development and for identication of Appropriate Training Programmes for the Team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
