Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Monitor and supervise warehouse staff and workforce scheduling.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and shipment dispatch.
- Implement processes for quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team for stock updates and order fulfilment.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Analyse operational efficiency and suggest improvements for productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferably in clothing/fashion industry).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, order management, and staff handling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Ability to lead a team and manage workflow efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in ethnic wear or apparel warehouse management will be preferred.
