Curriculum & Instruction: Oversee, develop, and implement the primary curriculum to ensure it meets educational board standards. Promote inquiry-based and differentiated learning techniques.
- Teacher Support & Development: Mentor teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional strategies. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
- Student Assessment & Progress: Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and implement interventions to address learning gaps.
- Operations & Communication: Facilitate meetings with staff and parents to discuss academic progress, policies, and student welfare.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure school policies are followed, maintain records, and coordinate school resources.
