We are seeking a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Snapbot. As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication strategies of our brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and create compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful design solutions.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve design processes continually and outputs.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale effectively.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proven experience (X years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.

Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Experience in leading a team of designers, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
