Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and provide prompt, friendly service
- Handle billing and process cash, card, UPI, and digital payments accurately
- Operate POS systems efficiently and generate bills/invoices
- Maintain proper cash balance at the beginning and end of shifts
- Resolve basic customer queries related to billing and payments
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cash counter area
- Follow company SOPs, billing procedures, and cash handling policies
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or technical issues immediately to the manager
- Coordinate with kitchen/service staff for order accuracy (if applicable)
- Assist with daily sales reports and documentation as required

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
