Job Purpose

To provide effective sales support to the Sales Team by managing order processing, customer coordination, documentation, and timely follow-ups. This role ensures seamless communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to support smooth project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders accurately, ensuring timely communication with the Production Department.
- Prepare quotations and pro-forma invoices in line with client requirements.
- Conduct weekly order analysis and monitor payments on a daily basis; discuss observations and action plans with seniors.
- Maintain well-organized records in both soft and hard copy formats.
- Coordinate with Marketing Executives and clients regarding order status, dispatch details, payment follow-ups, and installation schedules.
- Arrange and coordinate the movement of Installation and Technical Teams as required.
- Prepare and share Daily, Weekly, Monthly,



and Quarterly MIS reports, providing timely updates to senior management.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team on order processing, dispatch, and related operational activities to ensure smooth execution.

Job Specification

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate degree in Management preferred).
- Diploma or B.Tech qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience.

Kich Corporate House, Near Krishna Park Resort, Gondal Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Timing
- Female: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Male: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- One-hour lunch break included
- Sunday week off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹230,000.10 - ₹400,000.00 per year
