About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Government & Institutional Liaisoning

Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with local government bodies and administrative authorities.

Ensure timely follow-up for approvals, documentation, and compliance activities.

Act as a liaison for all official communications with municipal, district, and state departments.

Temple & Religious Institution Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for temple authorities and religious committees in Ujjain.

Facilitate smooth communication, coordination of visits, permissions, and event-related requirements.

Build long-term professional relations with temple administration officials.

Media & Public Relations

Handle all local media interactions including newspapers, press, digital media, and electronic channels.

Coordinate press releases,



media coverage, and public communications.

Represent the organization in local press meetings and ensure accurate information dissemination.

Stakeholder Management

Develop rapport with local leaders, influencers, and community representatives.

Maintain a strong presence in local networks to support organizational initiatives.

Identify potential PR opportunities in Ujjain and enhance the company’s public image.

Must-Have Qualifications

6-10 years of relevant experience in PR, government liaising, or public communications.

Solid network with government officers, temple authorities, and media personnel in Ujjain.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage high-pressure stakeholder interactions professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
