Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a pleasant in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer motorcycling needs and preferences; explain product features and benefits; recommend suitable merchandise.
- Address customer queries related to product details, fitment, safety features, and usage.
- Collect payments and process transactions through the POS system.
- Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stockroom,



or other inventory locations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
