Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments,



and expenses accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax filings (if applicable).
- Use accounting software to maintain financial data (e.g., Tally, ǪuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books).
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing or payment issues.

Key Skills G Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting softw
