Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders to support ongoing projects
- Assist sales, operations, or management teams in handling China-based or Chinese-speaking clients
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Support cross-cultural communication and ensure clarity in all interactions
- Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups as required

Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Good command of English:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (language-related qualifications preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills




- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Prior experience in translation, client handling, or international coordination is an advantage

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international clients
- Understanding of Chinese business etiquette and culture
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or business communication platforms
