Key Accountabilities - End-to-End Payroll Delivery: Own the complete payroll lifecycle across multiple countries, including payroll inputs, validations, gross-to-net processing, pre-payroll and post-payroll controls, approvals, payments support, statutory outputs, reconciliations, reporting and period closure.



- Multi-Country Operations Governance: Coordinate country payroll calendars, cut-offs, dependencies, exception management and local requirements while maintaining a consistent global delivery framework. - SLA, KPI and Quality Management: Deliver agreed service levels, accuracy, timeliness and productivity targets; establish operating reviews, workload and capacity plans, quality checks, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and prevention of repeat errors. - Controls, Compliance and Audit Readiness: Maintain robust maker-checker controls, access governance, payroll sign-offs, reconciliation evidence, audit trails, records retention, business continuity and timely remediation of control gaps. Partner with appropriate specialists on country-specific statutory and policy requirements. - Transition and Stabilization: Lead knowledge transfer, process validation, SOP and desktop procedure creation, payroll calendar design, control
