We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Service Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Apex, LWC, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and support scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and Salesforce APIs
- Implement Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Milestones and Service Console capabilities
- Build intelligent case assignment, routing and escalation solutions
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture
- Build reusable Lightning components and automation solutions
- Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, security, scalability and governor limits
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues
- Support Git, CI/CD, automated testing and release management
- Participate in architecture reviews,



code reviews and technical design
- Mentor developers and drive Salesforce engineering best practices

- Large-scale enterprise Service Cloud implementation experience
- Strong technical leadership and troubleshooting experience
