nWe are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator with 5–7 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial workplace interiors.
nThe role will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end workplace interior Design & Build process , from design development and documentation through site execution, snag closure, and final project handover.
nThe candidate will work closely with clients, designers, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure that design intent is effectively translated into a functional, high-quality, and well-executed workplace workplace.

n Workplace Interior Design

- Coordinate workplace interior design projects from design development through project completion.n
- Review and coordinate space planning, furniture layouts, partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, lighting, joinery, signage, and other interior elements .n
- Ensure design solutions meet client requirements, workplace standards, brand guidelines, functionality, aesthetics,



and project objectives.n
- Coordinate interior design with architectural, MEP, electrical, HVAC, fire, IT, AV, and other specialist requirements.n
- Review design drawings, specifications, material schedules, and details for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.n
- Identify design conflicts and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.n
- Coordinate design changes and ensure approved revisions are communicated to the project team.n
