Job Description
We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Call Centre Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our services/offers and converting enquiries into appointments and business. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally. - Explain services, offers and promotions to customers. - Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments. - Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups. - Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets. - Build positive relationships with customers. - Coordinate with the respective team for customer appointments and conversions. - Ensure excellent customer service throughout the interaction. Qualifications - Candidates with any qualification having positive communication skills. - Knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu will be an advantage.
