nKey Responsibilities

- Lead OTM Cloud implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.n
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,
and solution design workshops.n
- Configure transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and rate management processes.n
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with ERP and third-party logistics systems.n
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.n
- Drive process optimization and logistics automation initiatives.n
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable transportation solutions.n
