Job DescriptionLooking for Laboratory Operations Manager Location : Bengaluru, Hosur NP: Immediate Experience: 6–12 years of experience in testing laboratories / quality / environmental testing, with exposure to lab operations and team management Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field Technical Knowledge: Valuable understanding of testing standards, lab operations, and quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025 preferred) Primary Job Responsibilities : 1. Test Activity Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor all testing activities to ensure timely execution and optimal utilization of resources. 2. Customer Coordination C Communication: Manage test slot bookings, provide status updates, and handle customer queries, clarifications, and escalations. 3. Program C SRF Management: Review and approve SRFs, ensure proper sample tracking, and monitor execution of test programs as per requirements. 4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with operations, delivery, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of test programs. 5.



Maintenance Management: Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance; coordinate with AMC/service teams to ensure minimal downtime. 6. Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality objectives, ensure compliance with standards (ISO/IEC), and maintain overall lab quality systems. 7. Non-Conformance Handling: Identify, document, and manage non-conforming work; perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA. 8. Calibration Management: Plan and ensure timely calibration of all equipment and instruments; maintain records and traceability. 9. Resource C Shift Management: Allocate manpower, manage shifts, and ensure availability of skilled resources for uninterrupted operations. 10. Test Report Management: Review, verify, and approve test reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.11.
