Job DescriptionJob Description: Experience: 8-13 Years Key Responsibilities • Technically lead the sustenance team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing Network Automation and Orchestration products. • Own the overall sustenance engineering lifecycle, including defect resolution, product enhancements, maintenance releases, and associated design, code, and unit/integration test artifacts. • Drive engineering excellence through effective debugging, root-cause analysis, code quality, regression testing, and automation of repetitive maintenance activities. • Analyse production issues and customer-reported defects, establish root causes, and drive timely resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Mentor team members on troubleshooting, design principles, coding standards, testing practices, and effective problem-solving. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, QA, Customer Support, and other engineering teams to ensure end-to-end resolution of product issues and successful delivery of enhancements.



Required Skills and Expertise Core Competencies • Complete exposure to the entire Product Life Cycle (MUST HAVE) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in local and remote debugging Architecture and Design • Microservices-based architecture and best practices • Hands-on experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes (K8s, K3s) clusters, and Helm charts • Exposure to cloud application development • Sound data and information modelling techniques using YANG, UML, JSON, and related tools Programming and Development • Strong coding and debugging experience with Java or Golang • Linux OS proficiency, advanced data structures, and IPC mechanisms • Intricate understanding of multi-threading, routines, network programming, and object-oriented methodologies • Agile Development Model with CI/CD, Jenkins pipeline, and Git setting Data Management and Messaging • Database concepts and deployment models: RD
