nAbout the Role
nZyeta is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Director – Sales to lead business growth through current client acquisition, enterprise business development and expansion into new markets.
nThis is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founder / Founders, with ownership of sales strategy, revenue growth, Sales P&L;, key client relationships,



team leadership and market expansion.
nThe ideal candidate will be a strong business builder and hunter with a proven track record in Design & Build, Workplace, Commercial Interiors, Construction, CRE or related industries, along with a solid network across GCCs, large enterprises, corporates, CRE and workplace leaders.

nBusiness Growth & New Client Acquisition

- Own Zyeta's new business growth strategy for the Design & Build business.n
- Drive new client acquisition, lead generation, opportunity creation and large-value deal closures.n
- Identify organisations planning new GCCs, office setups, expansions, relocations, refurbishments and workplace transformation projects.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise and GCC opportunities across target markets.n
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Founders, GCC Heads, CRE Heads, Workplace Leaders, Facilities Hea
