Job Title: Fresher Accounts team

Job Summary:
Role is envisioned to be part of group’s finance and accounting team taking care of the US, and India accounting, Finance and compliance team. This role focuses on maintaining book keeping, Payroll and compliance activities for US and India operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables:
Follow up on timesheet activities with billable consultants, Create timesheets, Prepare and send Customer invoices from accounting ERP. .
Prepare and send AR aging reports, Follow up with customers for Payments. Recording customer’s payments in the ERP
Vendor payments-Verify C2C bill with time sheets, Recording AP invoices, Verify and approve bills in mercury platform. Follow up on invoices not received from Vendors.
Recording Payment applications for all bills including auto payments. New vendor accounts setup in mercury and request W-9, Prepare monthly AP reports and record monthly bills for Rents other expenses items in mercury portal.




Bank & Credit card reconciliations :
Recording bank transactions in Freshbooks, Bank transactions reconciliation, Payment Gateway transactions tracking and reconciliations, Credit card transactions recording and reconciliations.
Prepare weekly cashflow and send to Management, Projected vs Actual cashflow requirement update,
Bank line of credit reconciliations, preparing monthly borrowing base report , Document library maintenance for all the financial partnerships.

Payroll:
Keep track of recent employee and new contractors, Monitoring and assisting payroll vendor partners. Check for change in Payrate of employee/ contractor. Notifying for contract ending in next 6 to 1 weeks.
Send payroll file for confirmation, processing of biweekly payroll, recording payroll entries and classification, Payroll reconciliation.
Yearly PTO calculations and adjustments, New state registrations, Payroll revisions and rectifications,
