Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / International IT Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for US staffing markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, positive LinkedIn presence, and a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and Boolean searches.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period and compensation.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Work on US staffing requirements based on business needs.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Conduct candidate validation and ensure quality submissions.




- Track interview and offer pipelines and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in internal systems.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, clients and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of IT Recruitment experience
- Strong experience in International IT Staffing / Recruitment
- Experience working on US markets
- Strong Boolean Search and candidate sourcing skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4/5 or above
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and closures
- Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination
