Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation and/or support, solution design, configuration, client interaction, environment migration, and release management.

Must-Have Skills

- Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management and/or ORC
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Implementation and/or Support experience
- Solution Design & Configuration
- Client-facing experience
- Environment Migration & Release Management
- Requirement Gathering and Functional Consulting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Talent Management Experience





Candidates with Talent Management experience must have worked on at least one of the following:

- Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC / Learn)
- Performance Management
- Goal Management
- Career Development
- Succession Planning

Candidates with expertise in either Talent Management or ORC, or both, are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Talent Management and/or ORC
- Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions
- Perform solution design and configuration
- Manage end-to-end implementation activities
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting
- Handle setting migration and release activities
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Support issue resolution and successful project delivery
- Travel to client locations as required
