- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy across customer engagement, loyalty, pricing, and retention platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Lead architecture reviews, technology decisions, modernization initiatives, and platform transformation programs.
