About the Role

Target High Inc. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing operations and help scale our business across the Canada and U.S. markets.

This is a senior leadership position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, overseeing client campaigns, improving lead generation performance, and helping grow recurring agency revenue.

We are looking for someone who understands both strategy and execution and has experience managing multiple clients, marketing channels, budgets, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for clients across Canada and the United States.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including performance marketers, graphic designers, developers, SEO specialists, content creators and other marketing professionals.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
- Build lead-generation funnels and strategies focused on measurable ROI.
- Oversee SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM automation, websites and landing pages.
- Review campaign performance, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other KPIs.
- Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across multiple client accounts.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and client ROI.
- Create marketing plans for new clients and participate in client strategy meetings.
- Establish SOPs, reporting systems and performance standards for the marketing department.
- Monitor competitors, industry developments and emerging marketing technologies.




- Work closely with the sales team to develop offers, campaigns and strategies that generate new business.
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate marketing team members.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring deadlines and service standards are maintained.
- Identify opportunities to introduce AI, automation and new technologies into marketing operations.
- Report directly to senior management on marketing performance, client results and growth opportunities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

Digital Marketing Agencies | Financial Services | Mortgage | Real Estate | Insurance | Professional Services | B2B Lead Generation

Experience marketing to Canadian or U.S. consumers/businesses will be a major advantage.

We are looking for someone who thinks like a Marketing Director, not simply a campaign manager. You should be comfortable taking ownership of the entire marketing function strategy, people, campaigns, technology, reporting and results.
