• Perform kit verification and BOM verification whenever assigned.
• Select, prepare, and place components as per BOM.
• Perform component forming and assembly independently.
• Perform both through-hole (TH) and basic SMD hand soldering as per work instructions.
• Ensure products meet Q3 and Q4 quality requirements.
• Identify soldering defects and perform basic rework when authorized. • Ensure production schedules are achieved within planned timelines. • Report equipment or tooling issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain required production documents and records.
• Achieve monthly productivity targets as per work-hour standards.
• Follow ESD, IPC, quality, and safety standards.
• Support current associates whenever required.
