- Supervise installation, erection and commissioning of STPs/Wastewater Treatment Plants.
- Execute projects involving MBBR, SBR and MBR technologies, including new installations and modifications.
- Interpret and execute process and civil drawings in coordination with clients and design teams.
- Ensure project execution is completed as per approved schedule, quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage local site teams for timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, consultants, contractors and clients.
- Conduct site kick-off meetings and communicate project execution plans.
- Manage O&M; activities of water/wastewater treatment plants.
- Supervise operators and maintenance teams and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Develop O&M; schedules and monitor preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and plant breakdowns.
- Prepare and review O&M; reports, performance analysis and maintenance records.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor equipment performance.
- Build and maintain solid client/customer relationships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across assigned locations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in project execution of water/wastewater treatment plants.
- Hands-on experience in installation/commissioning of MBBR/SBR/MBR-based plants preferred.
- Strong experience in STP/WWTP O&M;.
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Chennai.
- Strong communication, coordination and customer-management skills.
